Our prices are listed below. We charge by time for smaller jobs up to 1 day. Bigger jobs will be issued with a formal quotation.

The time for the job includes going to buy any materials required. The price we quote is a ‘Guaranteed Maximum Price‘- we may reduce a price if a job is completed much faster than quoted, but we won’t increase a quoted price if a job takes longer (provided the work hasn’t changed).

If you are able to save up several small jobs for us to do on a single visit, it helps us, keeps our prices lower, and your house will seem much nicer with all the little jobs done!

Our minimum charge is £35 This is for a quick job that can be sorted on a single visit in under half an hour (excluding drinking brews and chatting). Many small jobs can be done within this time – for example broken hinges, sticking doors, hanging pictures, fixing loose curtain rails etc. It helps to avoid return visits and the increase to a £50 minimum charge if you can send a photo of the job when you enquire. Up to 1 hour = £50 – This is also the minimum charge for any job that requires a return visit or if I have to go and buy materials.
Up to 1 1/2 hours = £75
Up to 2 hours = £95
Up to 3 hours = £130
Up to 4 hours = £160
Short full day – up to 6 hours = £220
Full day £250

If you would like to talk to us about a larger project, for example:- cabinets and storage, sash window repairs, velux window automation, blinds and shutters, internal joinery, garden lighting, or wish to discuss a garden room, then we will issue a quotation.

Quotations will also be issued for any job, big or small, where the materials value is over £100

I do not charge VAT as my turnover is under the threshold. I accept cash, cards, bank transfers.

Payment is due immediately on completion. Waste disposal is NOT included unless specifically agreed on a quotation. All waste and packaging will be left at the customers premises for them to dispose of.
